BUILDING JUSTICE-CENTERED TEAMS AND WORKPLACES WITH HEART
-
Effective leadership requires a commitment to Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
We teach leaders to be more influential and fulfilled while building their advocacy for equity-deserving people. We teach leaders to create supportive and inclusive environments, instead of changing who they are. In doing so, we build better leaders, teams, and businesses.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
The very nature of leadership is changing. Today, leadership is about humanity.
It’s about being your whole self, unapologetically. It’s about grappling with difference, striving for equity, and creating courageous environments that bring out the best in your people. Leadership is about being an ally.
Leadership today means that you can do things you’d only imagined you could do…while still crushing your bottom line.
It's not just about competencies anymore. Leadership is about stretching boundaries. It’s bravery in action. It’s imagining and building inclusive workplaces. it’s constantly evolving.

OUR STORY
Great leaders make people feel less alone and part of something bigger. We have all had our voices squashed. We have felt marginalized, shamed, excluded, and powerless. Those feelings keep us from thinking clearly. They keep us from being and doing our best. We’d had enough of it—so we created RoundTable.
RoundTable started as an experiment to see if we could all be leaders who create and foster belonging, the kind that uplifts and brings out the best. Could we sit together, truly be ourselves and appreciate each other, with all of our differences for everyone to behold and still do our best work?
As it turns out, the answer is yes. This successful experiment was the foundation of RoundTable Institute.
