Anne Wallace, Phd
Anne is a Leadership Coach and Facilitator with the Roundtable Institute. With a track record of developing people, programs, and organizations, Anne collaboratively coaches and mentors others, motivating individuals and teams to achieve their goals. A trained psychologist, Anne supports the growth of her clients through developing a clear and compelling vision of success, cultivating strengths pathways, and exploring the aspirations and motivations underlying change.
Anne has over 20 years of experience working with start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofits on wellness, wellbeing, and leadership initiatives. In addition to her experience as a coach, Anne has designed and scaled coaching programs within health and wellness organizations. As a result of working with Anne, organizations experienced increases in personal and team satisfaction, employee productivity, and consumer loyalty.
Anne believes diversity, equity and inclusion are foundational to the success of organizations. She is excited to be part of the Roundtable Institute and its mission of building people, teams, and workplaces with justice and heart.
