BRINGING JUSTICE EQUITY &
INCLUSION
TO YOUR PRACTICE
AS A PROFESSIONAL COACH…
You know that your clients want and deserve a coaching relationship in which they feel safe to be themselves, to be seen and heard, and to be understood. Your clients want a relationship that honors their full self and challenges them to grow. You understand the imperative to be culturally sensitive and to value the client’s identity, context, values, and beliefs as the client defines them.
BUT…
You may not always know if, how or when to bring up topics of identity, diversity and inclusion in coaching. You want to coach more diverse clients but aren’t sure how to reach them. You may have wondered how to better navigate the dynamics of power, identity, and privilege in the coaching relationship. And maybe you’ve recognized that your well-worn unconscious biases and assumptions can sometimes come in the way of creating that ideal relationship with and for your client.
We can help.
