Neil is a soulful leader and perceptive coach who works at the intersections Leadership, Relationships & Teams, Wellbeing, and Inclusion. Having lived his entire life with inter-cultural dynamics, allows him to connect with clients across differences with natural and skillful ease. He believes wellbeing is the lowest common denominator for performance and invites his clients to manage energy as they navigate leadership, relationships, inclusion and change in complex systems.

Neil is a former coach in the PwC Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence, and the only Black male coach in the firm, where he coached leaders at all levels. He stands out as one of few global trainers in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), and even fewer licensed to independently train ORSC fundamentals in corporations. He also holds the distinction of being a faculty leader for the Co-Active Training Institute's Co-Active Leadership Program, and Co-Active Leadership Experience.

He is sought out for 1:1 and team coaching; leadership development facilitation, ORSC training, Diversity and Inclusive Leadership Coaching, and Coaching Supervision.

Neil is committed to lifetime physical fitness and wellness as a former competitive athlete and lover of recreation and nature-based leisure. He is SCUBA diver, snorkeler, martial artist, runner, snow boarder, wakeboarder, hiker, and currently learning sailing as a metaphor for teaming. He is a husband, girl dad to three daughters an adopted son, and first-generation immigrant from the Bahamas with Jamaican family lineage. He is an island boy in Folsom, California.
