Nimrat Dhariwal

Nimrat Dhariwal is an executive coach and facilitator at the RoundTable Institute where she brings over twenty years of experience in coaching leaders to build trusting relationships, engage their employees and develop clear visions in order to thrive in fast-paced, complex and changing environments. She uses a variety of methods from neuroscience coaching tools, relationship systems mapping to engaging the right brain with metaphors and movement. Clients say her open and direct style provides them with the encouragement, different perspectives and new ideas to help them with significant paradigm shifts to achieve powerful results.

Nimrat is on the faculty of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), where she trains coaches and helps certify them. She is also on the faculty of ACT Leadership + Performance Coaching where she facilitates the team coaching program in partnership with Brown University. Her audiences rate her as a dynamic speaker whose passion for the subject helps bring the material to life. She has coached leaders at all levels of organizations in the high-tech, pharmaceutical, retail, healthcare industries and local and federal governments.

She is a product of three countries and four cultures, having been born and raised in Kenya, lived and worked in the United Kingdom and Canada. This has led to her interest in diversity, inclusion and belonging because she didn’t always know quite where she belonged. She is just as comfortable having bangers and mash as singing karaoke to the latest Bollywood movies, or hiking the trails of beautiful and rainy British Columbia.
