Signý Wilson
Signý is a Leadership Coach and Facilitator with the RoundTable Institute, where she brings over 20 years of experience helping leaders understand their strengths and values, and how to translate those into outstanding work achievements. She believes that when people connect with their most authentic selves and are supported to bring that to their work, they are capable of amazing things, including industry-changing innovation. Clients appreciate her mix of direct, straightforward feedback and her disarming sense of humour.
As a senior faculty member of The Coaches Training Institute, Signý is an international facilitator, leading innovative and transformational workshops and presentations for audiences of up to 10,000. Over her career, Signý has worked directly with senior leadership teams of large international firms, to small, scrappy startups - applying her commitment to business growth and individual leader’s success equally. Signý has coached leaders in the fields of finance, technology, communications, pharmaceuticals, health care, and medicine. Her clients say that Signý’s “keen insight and ability to gently but powerfully call out my greatest strengths really helped me to see what I have to offer and make better use of it.”
Signý lives in Vancouver, Canada where she gets to celebrate the outrageous beauty of cherry blossom season annually. As an Icelandic-Canadian, Signý first discovered that she was an avid rambler when she was visiting her Icelandic family and they walked for miles across cooled lava fields. If she could have a home away from home it would be London, England, where she could catch a show whenever she wanted. And ramble across all those bridges!
