Sonal Sodha
Sonal Sodha is an Executive Coach and Facilitator at the RoundTable Institute. She helps leaders uncover their hidden strengths and leverage them to increase their impact. Sonal is warm, easy-going, wildly curious, and connects quickly and deeply with people.
Sonal has worked with senior leaders in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, technology, financial services, oil and gas, and education. In addition to her role at RTI, she is a faculty member at The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), where she trains new coaches across the globe. Sonal’s clients describe her as “highly intuitive, engaging, fun, and able to energize with agility and grace”.
Born in the UK and raised in Canada, Sonal is the daughter of Indian immigrants who grew up in East Africa. The blend of these worlds sparked a deep appreciation of different cultures. Sonal loves to travel and speaks multiple languages. Her other passion is music. When she’s not working, she can be found playing guitar and singing at open mics and jazz jams. Sonal is currently based in Toronto, Canada.
