Steve Disselhorst

Steve is an author, leadership coach, and facilitator that helps leaders and organizations create cultures of inclusion and belonging. Steve works with clients from all backgrounds and experiences. He specializes in coaching today’s professionals to become inclusive leaders. 

In his years working with Fortune 500 leaders in biotech, pharmaceutical, and technology companies, Steve has helped leaders to understand the importance of creating cultures that allow every employee to use their voice to create a more significant impact on their organizations and the world. In addition, Steve has worked to create better representation for marginalized communities, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and women leaders. 

During his career, he held general management responsibilities for over 100 employees. He has a broad range of experience, including human resources, business operations, contracts & pricing, sales, marketing, leadership coaching, and diversity, equity, & inclusion consulting.  

Steve serves on the Sn Mateo County LGBTQ Commission. Previously, he was co-chair of the board of directors for the non-profit, Our Family Coalition, which advances equity for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) families with children.

Steve loves spending time outdoors and can be found hiking, running, or walking whenever he has free time. He is the proud papa of two boisterous human beings – Matthew (7) and Kaitlyn (10).
